The studio mat,
specified well.
We source and custom-brand yoga mats for boutique studios across the United States, guiding the surface, base, dimensions, colour, artwork and delivery.

§ 01 — The Brief
Use · material · identityBegin with
the practice.
A mat for a heated room asks something different from one used for alignment work, daily flow or the retail shelf. We begin with how the studio will use it, then specify the material around that practice.
Grip, cushioning, weight, care and the way a mark meets the surface are considered together. The result is a studio object, rather than a generic mat carrying a logo.

§ 02 — The Specification
Made legibleSurface first.
Then the mark.
We narrow the material before choosing the branding method. That keeps the finish suited to the surface and the way the mat will be handled.
- PU Rubber
- A grippy, wipe-clean surface with a close matte texture.
- Natural rubber
- A resilient material with weight and a grounded hand.
- Cork
- A natural face whose grip develops as it meets moisture.
- Other constructions
- TPE, suede and specialist surfaces considered against the brief.
§ 03 — The Process
From brief to deliveryFour decisions,
worked through.
The brief
Practice, products, quantities, material preferences and the role each piece will play.
The specification
Construction, colour, dimensions, branding method, placement and packaging.
The proof
Material samples, artwork proofs or finished samples used where they clarify the decision.
Production & delivery
Production is monitored against the approved details; freight and delivery are confirmed in the quote.
§ 04 — Questions
The useful detailsBefore
the order.
- What is the minimum order?
- Minimums vary by material, colour and branding method. We state the workable quantity in the quote before sampling or production is arranged.
- Can the mat match our studio colours?
- Yes. We begin with available material colours and discuss custom colour matching where the construction and order support it.
- Can we review a sample first?
- Yes. The sampling path can include a material sample, artwork proof or finished sample, depending on what needs to be confirmed.
- How long does production take?
- Four to ten weeks by product, plus delivery. The written quote confirms the timing for the selected mat and finish.
