The sourcing house

Atelier Provisions is an American sourcing house for the practice: yoga, Pilates and barre.

From brief to finished piece

We work with vetted specialist makers, then manage materials, branding, production and delivery to your studio in the United States. Most agencies hand you a spreadsheet; we hand you a finished object with your name on it.

If it touches a practice, we source it.

01

Curated supplier network

Vetted specialist factories, chosen by product and verified before production. We work with the few we trust.

02

Boutique batch sizes

Low minimums per SKU. The finish of a global brand, at the scale of a single studio.

03

Brand control, end to end

Colour, branding and packaging options discussed in your brief, with delivery terms confirmed in your quote.

§ 01 — Process

From brief to boutique

Four steps, handled.

01

The Brief

Tell us what your practice needs: a single mat colourway or a full retail shelf. We reply within two business days.

No commitment
02

Sampling & details

We discuss material options, your artwork and the samples needed for the brief. Colours, placement and finish are agreed before production.

Sampling

Before the order,
the details.

Three ways to make the specification tangible before production begins.

01

Material sample

Judge the feel, weight, colour and finish in hand.

02

Artwork proof

Confirm the scale, placement and relationship to the object.

03

Branded sample

Where available, see the material and your identity together.

We recommend only the steps your brief needs, then confirm sampling costs and timing before anything is arranged.

§ 02 — Provenance

The factories

Experienced makers.
At your scale.

Our supplier network includes manufacturers with experience producing for international fitness and studio brands. The capabilities below exist across the current network; we confirm which testing and certification applies to each product in the brief.

SGSTesting & inspection
REACHEU chemical compliance
BSCIEthical production · audited
OEKO-TEX Standard 100Textiles · tested for harmful substances

§ 03 — The Mark

Your name, in the material

Your mark, made part of the object.

The finish follows the material. We engrave, deboss, etch, print, weave, knit or embroider according to the surface and the artwork.

Cork & wood

Engraving brings a tonal mark into the surface.

PU & rubber mats

Debossed or laser etched. Tonal, in the mat's own colour, read by its shadow.

18/8 steel

Engraving or printing, chosen to suit the coating and artwork.

Canvas & cotton

Screen printed, or a woven label set into the seam.

Knitwear

An embroidered crest or a knitted design, depending on the construction.

Fleece & jersey

Embroidered, or printed at retail weight.

§ 04 — The studio shelf

An order, worked through

A small shelf.
A clearer picture.

A retail order begins with a simple question: what needs to sell to cover it? Start with this grip sock example. Change the order size and your retail price, then move the slider to see what happens as pieces sell.

01 / Plan the order

An illustrative grip sock order. These are planning figures, not our prices or a quote.

Studio cost / pair · USD$9Fixed example

The fixed $9 studio cost is a rounded premium grip sock planning assumption, not a quote. Actual cost and minimums vary with material, branding, quantity, freight and duties.

This models one order, with no sales forecast or time period assumed. Gross profit is sales less the cost of pairs sold; cash recovery compares sales collected with the cost of the entire order. Figures exclude payment fees, discounts, returns, taxes and studio overheads. Unsold stock is not cash.
